  1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or replacement only if:

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact
  1. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return, replacement, or refund request:

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory
  • The video must start before opening the package and clearly show:
    • Shipping label
    • Sealed package
    • Product condition after opening
  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted

This is required to prevent fraud and ensure fair resolution.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Items without original packaging or accessories
  • Hygiene and personal care products once opened (unless damaged)
  • Clearance or final sale items (if mentioned on product page)
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your RMRAJ.COM account
  2. Go to My Orders and select the product
  3. Submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery
  4. Upload the unboxing video and images, if required

Our team will review the request and notify you of approval or rejection.

  1. Refund Process
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection
  1. Replacement Policy

If eligible, a replacement will be shipped instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Return shipping may be borne by RMRAJ.COM or the customer depending on the nature of the issue
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed and return policy will apply
  1. Right to Reject Returns

RMRAJ.COM reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if:

  • The return request is raised after 48 hours
  • No unboxing video is provided
  • Product condition does not match return eligibility criteria
