Payment & Refund

Accepted Payment Methods: RMRAJ Store accepts payments exclusively through authorized and secure online payment gateways, including debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other digital payment modes as made available on the platform. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
No Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly not available on RMRAJ Store. All orders must be prepaid in full at the time of purchase. Orders placed without successful advance payment shall not be processed or dispatched under any circumstances.
Payment Confirmation: An order shall be deemed confirmed only upon successful receipt of full payment. RMRAJ Store reserves the right to cancel or place any order on hold in the event of payment failure, suspected fraud, chargeback risk, or non-verification by the payment gateway.
Mandatory Unboxing Video for Refund Eligibility: Refunds shall be strictly processed only if the customer provides a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package. The video must visibly capture the sealed outer packaging, inner packaging, product, tags, accessories, invoice, and the condition of the product exactly as dispatched from the showroom.
Condition of Returned Product: The product must be returned in its original, unused, untampered, and resalable condition, along with the original carton, manufacturer packaging, invoice, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and all accessories. Any discrepancy, damage, missing component, or evidence of tampering shall result in immediate rejection of the refund request.
Exclusion of Refund Without Unboxing Video: In the absence of a valid and compliant unboxing video, no refund, replacement, or exchange shall be entertained under any circumstances. This requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable, irrespective of the nature of the complaint or product category.
Return Escalation Timeline: In exceptional circumstances, where a return request is permitted at the sole discretion of RMRAJ Store, such request must be formally escalated and reported within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the date and time of delivery. Requests raised beyond this period shall be automatically deemed time-barred and invalid.
Refund Approval & Verification: All refund requests are subject to thorough internal verification, inspection, and approval. RMRAJ Store reserves the exclusive right to accept or reject any refund request based on the evidence submitted and its internal assessment standards.
Refund Mode & Processing Timeline: Approved refunds shall be processed only to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase. Processing timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions, and RMRAJ Store shall not be held liable for delays beyond its operational control.
Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds shall not be applicable for products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, negligence, improper installation, electrical fluctuations, voltage issues, or failure to adhere to manufacturer instructions. Products marked as “Non-Returnable”, “Final Sale”, or “Clearance” are strictly excluded from refunds.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: Any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute initiated without prior communication with RMRAJ Store’s customer support shall be treated as a violation of these Terms. RMRAJ Store reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence, including delivery confirmation and unboxing requirements, to banks or payment gateways for dispute resolution.

Product Delivery

Order Processing: All orders placed on RMRAJ Store are subject to verification and processing. Orders are generally processed within 24–72 working hours from successful payment confirmation, excluding Sundays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Timeline: RMRAJ Store endeavors to deliver all confirmed orders within a maximum period of 7 (seven) working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, courier partner operations, product availability, or force majeure events.
Free Delivery Eligibility: Free delivery is applicable only on orders with a total cart value of ₹599 (Rupees Five Hundred Ninety-Nine) or above, after applying any discounts, offers, or promotional benefits. Orders below this threshold may attract standard shipping charges as displayed at checkout.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be clearly communicated to the customer at the time of order placement. RMRAJ Store reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
Delivery Location & Access: Deliveries shall be attempted only at the address provided by the customer at the time of order placement. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete address details, including contact number and delivery access. RMRAJ Store shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Failed Delivery Attempts: In the event of unsuccessful delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or restricted access, the order may be returned to origin. Any re-delivery or re-shipping shall be subject to additional charges borne solely by the customer.
Courier Partner & Third-Party Delays: RMRAJ Store relies on third-party logistics and courier partners for product delivery. Delays caused by courier operations, natural calamities, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or other circumstances beyond RMRAJ Store’s control shall not be considered a breach of service.
Proof of Delivery: Delivery shall be deemed complete upon successful handover of the product at the provided address, as confirmed by courier tracking records, delivery acknowledgment, or OTP-based confirmation, where applicable.
Packaging & Transit Risk: All products are securely packed before dispatch. Transit risk shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery. Customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery and record an unboxing video as per the Refund Policy.
Serviceability: RMRAJ Store delivers only to locations deemed serviceable by its courier partners. The list of serviceable areas may change from time to time without prior notice.
Partial Shipments: In certain cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on availability or logistics requirements. No additional shipping charges shall be levied for such partial shipments where applicable.

Warranty

Transit & Installation Disclaimer: Damages occurring during transit after successful delivery or due to improper installation by unauthorized personnel are not covered under warranty. Customers are advised to use brand-authorized installation and service support where applicable.
