  • No Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly not available on RMRAJ Store. All orders must be prepaid in full at the time of purchase. Orders placed without successful advance payment shall not be processed or dispatched under any circumstances.

The video must visibly capture the sealed outer packaging, inner packaging, product, tags, accessories, invoice, and the condition of the product exactly as dispatched from the showroom.
  • Condition of Returned Product: The product must be returned in its original, unused, untampered, and resalable condition, along with the original carton, manufacturer packaging, invoice, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and all accessories. Any discrepancy, damage, missing component, or evidence of tampering shall result in immediate rejection of the refund request.
  • Exclusion of Refund Without Unboxing Video: In the absence of a valid and compliant unboxing video, no refund, replacement, or exchange shall be entertained under any circumstances.
