  • Cancellation is allowed only if the order has not been dispatched
  1. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order:

  1. Log in to your RMRAJ.COM account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the order and click Cancel Order
  4. Submit the cancellation request within 24 hours
  1. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • The cancellation request is made after 24 hours
  • The order has already been shipped or dispatched
  • The product is marked as non-cancellable on the product page
  1. Refund for Cancelled Orders
  • If cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

RMRAJ.COM reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Operational issues

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

  1. Post-Dispatch Cancellation

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. Customers must refer to the Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
